Odyssée 319 begins in Avize, terroir where we are winegrowers and that we work every day. At the scale of a cru, the differences between the plots, exposures and maturities already differ.
The first cuvées of Champagne Odyssée 319 focus on Avize. These 4 cuvées represent the permanent base of Champagne Odyssée 319 wines.
We will propose every year:

Brut Grand Cru - Blanc de Blancs



This is the soul of this journey, the landmark of our project. The cuvée Odyssée 319 Brut introduces the Chardonnays from Avize, expresses the freshness and the tension of this village, the generosity of our vinification.

Rosé Grand Cru



The cuvée Rosé is the symbol of the premises of this odissey. With Pierre Déthune, we found a well-suited vinification of the Pinot Noir from Ambonnay, that perfectly matches with the chalky chardonnays from Avize.

Jour 1 : Avize, Le LevantGrand Cru - Blanc de Blancs


Day 1, our journey begins with a movement around Avize, to understand better the many identities of this terroir. Le Levant (the rising sun side of Avize) is the south typicity of the village. This part of the terroir is usually earlier and riper, giving length and complexity to the wine.

Day 2, we keep on discovering Avize by highlighting northern lieux-dits of the village: Le Couchant (the setting sun side of Avize).A second face of Avize where finesse and elegancy prevail.
